 Convergent Networks

Climax2000

In today's intensely competitive telecommunications industry, carriers, service providers and enterprises are looking to lower costs as well as leverage infrastructure investments by consolidating multiple applications over a common wide area network. Designed to optimize a network's data and voice requirements, the Climax2000 provides seamless integration while achieving greater network efficiencies at a reasonable price.
Positioned as a convergent solution for the central site, the Climax2000 is flexible, scalable, and modular. The Climax2000's serial port and voice channel capacity, when combined with its any-to-any platform, results in a product that can negotiate large network traffic volume with ease. Other key features include hot swappable CPU's, redundant power supplies, bandwidth optimization and an impressive throughput performance in excess of 120,000 fps per chassis.
